Building Hope: Grant Contract Signing Ceremony for a New Community Center in Cebu
We are proud to announce the Grant Contract Signing Ceremony between the Embassy of Japan and Bidlisiw Foundation, Inc.! Through the Grant Assistance for Grass-Roots Human Security Projects (GGP), this significant partnership will pave the way for the construction of a new three-story community center dedicated to supporting children and youth in Cebu City. This state-of-the-art facility will provide a safe and welcoming space for Bidlisiw Foundation’s vital programs. It is designed to foster support, recovery, and hope for families in low-income communities, ensuring a brighter and more secure future for Cebu’s next generation.
